Out and About Chiang Mai!

The lasy couple of days we have just wanted around and enjoyed ourselves. There is always something new to find and do.
3 Mar 2019.
Alison set off for the monks trail which ends at Doi Suthep temple. The trail was incredibly steep and Alison took 3 hours, but she made it. The rest of the day spent recovering in the temple grounds. After a crazy trip down the mountain in a red songthaew Steve and Alison met up for a wonderful pad Thai.

Walked to the flower markets today – amazing the colours and freshness.
5 March 2019
We both walked off to the nursery markets today. This included passing a great food market, some awesome graffiti and some pet fish shops.

Made it to the Art in Paradise display today. Was a lot of fun!
7 March 2019
Ventured to the manufacturing suburbs to see many backyard industries at work.
8 March 2019
Both Steve and Alison took Songtheaw to the Doi Suthep. The rest of the day was spent walking back to Chiang Mai.

A Girly day for Alison with the hairdresser and nail technician.
10 – 11 March 2019
Last days enjoying the sights of Chiang Mai – Sadly the smog is terrible!
12 March 2019
Sadly, great times must come to an end, so we headed to the Chiang Mai airport for our flight home to Australia.
