First job today is to drop in with Budget and do the paperwork for our hire car. Central Plaza was next on the visit list as it is on the opposite side of the road. There is a huge fish tank in there which is like a glass / perplex water tank. By Dinner time had arrived at Cafe Suandok for some tasty food.

With such a beautiful day and with a warm day coming we headed off to the old city visiting Wat Chedi Luang and Wat Suan Dok. We headed back to our hotel early so we could also catch up on some washing. By early evening, Steve was complaining of feeling a little off colour.

Well that was a rough night – Steve is down for the count with high temperatures and upset stomach. Alison, still feeling good and not to waste a day headed off to the old city visiting

Steve deteriorated further so Alison bought food home to help the recovery.

Steve was down for the count this morning, this flu really has him bad. So far Alison has stay well. Fingers Crossed! Alison headed off to Budget to return with the hire car for our solo driving trip. We set our aim on Lamphun.

Steve held in there as much as he could. But we decided to find a hotel and bed down.

Steve was not good last night and Alison was feeling not much better. Alison setoff to explore the local area in search of a chemist at BigC. She also decided take the opportunity to visit Kruba Sivichai Monument. By early afternoon, Alison was also down for the count “SICK”.

Today we were both so sick, it was deemed not safe to drive or leave the hotel room.
