Travels during 2023
We started this year off in Thailand and had a terrific time. We drove close to 15,000kms in 3 months and there was very little in Thailand we didn’t get to see. We also took some time to relax in Chiang Mai and Bangkok and enjoy the beautiful weather.
We returned to Australia in late February. With Alison suffering some health issues, we decided to have an easy year and not to venture too far. Our Expedition Vehicle 4WDAUS also needs a few little maintenance issues and upgrades. We expect this year to be a little quieter than normal, but it will be fun and happy.
We are currently planning a few trips around Western Australia. We are hoping to visit some of the more out-of-the-way places. We are also looking forward to getting back to our normal routine, which includes truck maintenance, volunteering, and spending time with friends and family.
We know that this year will be different from previous years, but we are confident that it will be a good year. We are grateful for our health and our family, and we are excited to see what the future holds. Welcome to Trek About 2023
